Welcome to Bushido Fit, my name is Vernon Smith I have been an ACE certified Personal Trainer for over 15 years and a Martial Arts Instructor for 6 years. The Bushido Fit program incorporates boxing, kickboxing, weight training, flexibility and cardio to provide a workout that is not only fun but GETS RESULTS!

No matter what your current level of fitness, Bushido Fit will empower you to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle! We provide our clients with a comfortable and non-intimidating atmosphere which allows clients to focus 100% on their fitness. We use the latest functional fitness exercises to develop individualized programs that are geared to the client's goals.

The individualized in-home/office/gym personal training programs provide comprehensive workouts for clients of all levels and goals in the comfort of your own home/office.  I will design a program specifically tailored to help you reach your goals, paying attention to technique, while offering constant motivation.  I'll help you set and reach your goals!

Fitness Plus Program

6-Week Personal Fitness Program in which you'll meet with a personal trainer 1 to 4 times a week depending upon your goals and time available to exercise. This fitness program is only for people who are serious about their goals and are ready to reshape their body, increase their strength, balance, coordination, Flexibility and eliminate that unwanted body fat!

 

The Anchor Program

The Bushido Fit Anchor Program is for the person who trains on there own and maybe wants a new workout plan, or just to meet with a trainer for little accountability. Then this is the program for you. You meet with your trainer once or twice a month and discuss progress, goals, etc.. And determine what's working what's not And what should be change in order to reach goals.

Boot Camp

This is a very unique outdoor fitness camp, designed to be fun, yet challenging. The cool thing is that it can be done at your local playground or park with the support of others looking to achieve the same level of fitness that you are. The training philosophy for this camp involves the use of functional movements.
